Custom tear off caps for pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging

Our tear-off caps are produced from aluminium strips, which can be coated with transparent or coloured lacquers, resistant to autoclave sterilization. We produce a range of caps including central tear-off, total tear off or with central hole. We also produce aluminium rings at our factory, available in any colour and logo, for assembling plastic pourers. Our range of caps is mainly for pharmaceutical and cosmetic use. We are also to able to supply gamma-ray sterilized caps or closures upon request.

Available diameters are 13, 20 and 32 mm. However, we have the possibility of customising the heights and holes according to customer specifications.
We can provide drawings and data sheets on specific request. Our technical department is available for any modifications and customisation of caps formats.
